Meet Lee Price III
Lee Price III is a self-made entrepreneur, real estate developer, and CEO who turned his biggest setback into his greatest success.
After serving time in federal prison, Lee made a life-altering decision—he refused to let his story end in failure. From a prison cell, he rebuilt his credit, earned his paralegal certification, and began mentoring others on business and finance.
Upon his release, he founded Creating Capital LLC, a company built on redemption, discipline, and purpose.
Today, Lee has been involved in over $500 million in real estate transactions and leads multiple companies spanning real estate, logistics, and private equity—all while teaching others how to achieve financial freedom and generational wealth.
His personal motto, “He turned Jail into Yale,” has become a movement that proves one truth: no matter where you start, you can rebuild, rebrand, and rise.
